It is useful in treating gout and rheumatism as this herb helps eliminate uric acid. Parsley also aids digestion.
While trying to buy Parsley, make sure that you choose the Parsley that is bright green in color, never yellow. Do not buy parsley that looks limp and lifeless, this show that the particular Parsley is old. If you tend to keep the Parsley for later cooking, wash the Parsley and dry well before storing in the refrigerator.
Parsley is available all year round and is quite easy to grow yourself on a windowsill. And it is easy to cook with lot's of vegetable recipes that include Parsley as ingredients. It's easiest to juice by rolling into a tight ball and wrapping in a vegetable leaf.

Fennel as a vegetable and herb
(Foeniculum vulgare) Native to southern Europe and Asia, fennel is used as a vegetable and herb in Europe but in Asia only the seeds are used. The flavor is distinctly aniseed, and the seed is like a larger, paler version of cumin seed.
